Saturday, September 20th, 2025
We will start our trip at 5:00am in Kaiserslautern by driving to Munich. Once you will be dropped off, enjoy a free day in the world’s largest Volkfest by celebrating Bavarian traditions with delicious food, beer and countless rides and attractions. Don’t forget to dress up for the occasion with their traditional Tracht: dirndl for the ladies and leather lederhosen shorts for the gents! In the evening, travel back to Kaiserslautern . Our estimated time of return is around 11:45pm.
Safety notices and tips for Oktoberfest:
· Strollers are NOT allowed all day.
· Bringing your own glass bottles is prohibited.
· Reserve a table in advance if you’d like to enjoy the beer tents.
· Tents all have outdoor areas to sit and drink. These can be a nice alternative to the beer tents (especially in good weather).
· Food and beverages can only be paid in cash.
· There are cash machines at the site, but the lines will be enormous, so have cash ready.
